Parent Partnership in Faith Education

Little Hearts Christian Academy is delighted to work alongside families to help their children grow. Family engagement is encouraged because parents and teachers working together is a best practice. Parents should have a say in the things they want for their children. The Bible tells us, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old he will not depart from it," Proverbs 22:6 KJV. We want parents who are Christian to have a choice to choose a faith-based education for their child. We will use communication folders, text, messenger, parent-teacher conferences, family nights, newsletters, our web page, a private Facebook page, and day-to-day interactions to communicate with family members. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to volunteer. There will be many opportunities to volunteer throughout the year. We are looking for some ladies who would like to come help with snack crafts once or twice a month. We are also looking for guest readers to come visit. We will have tea parties, dances, and holiday parties as well.
